Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find my results? Why haven't I received them yet?

COVID-19 testing times are varying widely, and in some cases are increasing significantly. COVID-19 test result notification can take 10+ days at this time. Test result turnaround times are increasing due to growing test demand and increasing COVID-19 prevalence in the United States. The provider who ordered the test will share the results with you by phone once they are received. We share in the frustration of longer than ideal testing turn-around times. Locally, our team is doing all they can to reduce testing turn-around times for our community.
