Please read: Important changes to Patient Portal access
On June 10, 2023, St. Peter’s Health is switching our online health record information portal from Patient Portal to MyChart as part of a transition to the best-in-class electronic health record system, EPIC. More information about general MyChart signup will be available here on June 10. Click here for current transition information
This change means that if you currently have a Patient Portal account and/or if you want to continue to have online access to your medical record information for healthcare services at St. Peter’s after June 10, 2023, you will need a MyChart account.
Between May 19-21, if you have an upcoming appointment at St. Peter's AND a valid mobile phone number on file, you may have received a text from St. Peter’s about MyChart including secure links to activate an account. If you received a text message, please follow the instructions to set up your MyChart account. If you do not receive a text, you will not be able to signup for MyChart until after June 10.
St. Peter’s is no longer offering new Patient Portal account enrollment but you can continue to use current, active Patient Portal accounts through June 10, 2023. Starting June 10, most Patient Portal tools will no longer be available. You will need a MyChart account to use tools like appointment management and provider messaging.
