Heather L. McRee, DO

Heather McRee, DO joined PureView Health Center in 2004 after completing her residency at the Montana Family Medicine Residency in Billings, MT, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. McRee grew up in Maine and, after completing high school, spent a year in a small village in Zimbabwe, working in an orphanage and hospital. It was in this formative year that she solidified her desire to pursue a career in healthcare. She graduated with honors from the University of Montana and returned to Maine for medical school at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. She loves being a family physician because it allows her to problem solve with her patients. She believes in quality healthcare for everyone and prefers prevention over pills. In her free time, she enjoys trail running, mountain biking, camping, skiing and being with her children and her husband.
