PL Cash Down requests are due by 5:00 pm on November 26 with checks mailed on December 2. Checks will be mailed to the employees address on file with payroll.

All employees will be required to maintain a balance of 40 hours of personal leave (PL) in their bank. Employees will not be allowed to cash down more than 150 hours in a fiscal year (June 1st through May 31st). Probationary Period employees are not eligible to participate in the Personal Leave Cash Down benefit.
