Project details and partners
St. Peter's is working with Immanuel Living, a Kalispell-based Immanuel Lutheran Communities subsidiary, Sawgrass Partners and MMW architects to help design, build and manage the community. Immanuel Lutheran Communities and other project partners have extensive experience developing and operating senior living communities.
St. Peter's is currently under a buy-sell agreement for land by Mountain View Meadows and visioning meetings with prospective residents are planned for Fall 2021.
