St. Peter’s Health is proud to support local student athletes with sports physical clinics at area high schools. Sports physicals are required for all student athletes by the Montana High School Association and help make sure students are ready for a safe, healthy season.
Our sports medicine, orthopedic and orthopedic urgent care teams are here to support athletes before, during and after the season, from injury prevention to treatment and recovery.

What to know before you go
Sports physicals are walk-in only. No appointment is necessary.

Payment is due at the time of the physical. Cash or check only. Insurance will not be billed.
Proceeds are donated back to local school athletic programs.
