St. Peter's Health has again been named a Top 100 Rural & Community Hospital by the Chartis Center for Rural Health, marking its third consecutive year earning this national distinction.
This annual award recognizes exceptional performance among rural hospitals nationwide, as measured by the Chartis Rural Hospital Performance INDEX. Now in its 15th year, the INDEX is widely regarded as one of the most comprehensive and objective evaluations of rural hospital performance. The INDEX uses publicly available data to help rural hospitals, health systems hospital associations and state offices of rural health measure progress and identify opportunities for improvement across key operational and financial areas.
