St. Peter’s Health has been recognized as one of Forbes’ Top Hospitals for 2026. The new national rating evaluates general acute care hospitals across the United States using data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). In collaboration with healthcare measurement experts and the analytics firm Inovalon, Forbes assessed hospitals on key measures, including patient outcomes, hospital best practices, the value of care and patient experience.
More than 54,000 hospitals nationwide were initially considered, of which 2,600 met the evaluation criteria. Of those, only a portion received the highest ratings and were included on the Forbes Top Hospitals list, making this recognition a significant achievement.
