St. Peter's Health Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic welcomes otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon Thomas O. Gifford, MD. Gifford earned his Doctor of Medicine from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Illinois. He completed a surgical internship and residency in otolaryngology at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center in Salt Lake City and earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from the United States Air Force Academy.

Dr. Gifford brings more than 15 years of experience in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery. Before joining St. Peter's Health, he served in numerous leadership roles within the U.S. Air Force Medical Service, including chief of otolaryngology services, chief medical informatics officer and chief of the medical staff. Most recently, he provided otolaryngology care through locum tenens assignments in Montana, Indiana and Alaska.

Gifford is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is seeing patients at St. Peter's Health Medical Group – Broadway Clinic.
