Visitor Restrictions Lifted

May 1, 2026

Visitor restrictions at St. Peter’s Health Regional Medical Center have been lifted following a consistent decline in flu, cold and COVID in our community. However, visitors should continue to follow precautions, such as hand hygiene and avoiding visits if symptomatic, since measures against these viruses remain in place at all St. Peter’s Health facilities.

In addition to flu, cold, and COVID precautions, comprehensive measles protocols remain in place. If you suspect measles, follow the guidelines posted outside all St. Peter’s facilities to reduce exposure, since the virus is highly contagious.

We encourage community members who are experiencing any symptoms to stay home unless seeking care. This helps prevent the spread of viruses and protects individuals who are immunocompromised or undergoing medical treatment.
