St. Peter’s Health and Billings Clinic Broadwater have collaborated to strengthen health care access for the Townsend community and Broadwater County. Starting October 9, 2026, Billings Clinic Broadwater became the community’s single location for local healthcare services, including primary care, emergency and post-acute care.
As part of this change, provider staff from St. Peter’s Health Townsend Clinic, including Meagan Watne, NP, transitioned to practice at Billings Clinic Broadwater. Additionally, St. Peter’s Health and Billings Clinic Broadwater are exploring opportunities for St. Peter’s Health to bring additional visiting specialists to Billings Clinic Broadwater, including orthopedics, general surgery, neurology and cardiology.
