Small habits = Big impact
Join our Healthy Mind, Healthy You Challenge and discover simple ways to support your mental well-being through movement, sleep, nutrition, stress management, and social connection.
Over 5 weeks, you’ll explore these different lifestyle pillars by completing weekly mini challenges to build lasting habits in each area.
How It Works:
September 14 - October 16, we'll focus on 5 health topics, all of which play a role in mental wellness. At the start of each week, you'll receive an email with:
- The health pillar of the week- Learn more about how each pillar impacts your mental well-being
- Your mini-challenge- Choose from a few simple activities designed to build a healthy habit
- Tips and resources- You'll receive articles and videos to help you complete your challenges and expand your knowledge
- A challenge checklist- Write down your goal and track your progress throughout the week
