We acknowledge that exceptional patient care hinges on well-trained providers who can address diverse needs with compassion and thoroughness. To address the growing demand for health care professionals, we're fostering a sustainable pipeline of skilled workers. Collaborations with educational institutions across Montana, including Carroll College and Helena College, fuel this workforce pipeline. Our initiatives, like growing our endowed scholarships through the Fred C. Olson Learning and Development Institute and expanding our child care services through our Pete's Place Child Care Center, focus on teammate well-being and supportive work environments, contributing to enhanced patient care and outcomes.

Fred C. Olson Learning and Development Institute
