Apple Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp oil
6 tbsp honey
6 tbsp mixed seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin)
1 apple, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Mix oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  3. Pour oil and honey over the oat mixture.
  4. With clean hands, rub honey into oats - leave clumps and lumps.
  5. Stir in diced apple and seeds.
  6. Spread granola across a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 16 minutes, stirring and rotating halfway through.
  8. Let cool and enjoy plain or add yogurt and top with berries. 
  9. Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.
