Apple Cinnamon Granola

Makes 12, 1/3 cup servings

Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp oil
6 tbsp honey
6 tbsp mixed seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin)
1 apple, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  3. Pour oil and honey over the oat mixture.
  4. With clean hands, rub honey into oats- leave clumps and lumps. 
  5. Stir in diced apple and seeds
  6. Spread granola across a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 16 minutes, stirring and rotating halfway through.
  8. Let cool and enjoy plain or add to yogurt and top with berries. 
  9. Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.
