Zesty Mint Limeade

Ingredients
6 limes
3 sprigs fresh mint (25-30 leaves)
3 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
4 cups (32 oz sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Juice limes into a large measuring cup
  2. Tear 1/3 of the mint leaves and place them in the mortar and pestle. Add 1 tbsp of sugar. Crush with pestle for 1 minute. 
  3. Add a little bit of water to the mortar to release the mint and sugar from the sides. Pour sugar and mint leaves into lime juice. Add a pinch of salt and stir the lime juice mixture.
  4. Add 2-3 tbsp lime juice mixture to each cup. top with one cup sparkling water and enjoy!
