Kerry Hale, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon whose surgical specialties include hip and knee replacement surgery. Dr. Hale holds board certification through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. She is an Active Fellow member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). She has served on the Board for the Montana Orthopaedic Society since 2011, and Chair of the Department of Surgery at St. Peter’s Health.
Joshua Hudgens, MD is a fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in upper extremity care. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, and his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. He then completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Following residency he underwent advanced training, completing a shoulder and elbow surgery fellowship at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and was a visiting clinician at the Roth MacFarlane Hand and Upper Limb Center in London, Ontario, focusing on advanced elbow surgical techniques.
Jeffrey Dickson, DO received his medical degree from Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Ariz., and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Specializing in orthopaedic surgery, Dr. Dickson treats conditions including fractures, sports injuries and arthritis. He performs procedures including total knee replacement and hip replacement with the direct anterior approach, as well as both standard and reverse total shoulder replacement.
Advanced Practice Providers
Lena Phelps, PA-C earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of St. Francis in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Bachelor’s in psychology and biology at Carroll College in Helena. She is a member of the American Academy of Physicians Assistants and holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Orthopaedic Surgery.
Trapper Hogberg, PA-C earned his Bachelor of Clinical Health Services and Physician Assistant degree from the
University of Washington School of Medicine. He currently focuses on general orthopaedics, upper extremity and ultrasound guided intraarticular injections.
Sharla Dosier, NP-C earned her Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Montana State University, in Bozeman. She received her Bachelor of Science, Nursing Degree from Montana State University, in Bozeman where she was named to the Academic Presidents list and Academic Deans List.
Dylan Powell, PA-C received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Montana. He has extensive experience working as a Physician Assistant in Urgent/Emergency medicine. Prior to working as a Physician Assistant, Dylan served as an Emergency Medical Technician, Physical Therapy Technician and a Wildland Firefighter Crew - Emergency Medical Technician. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants.
Nicholas G. Smith, PA received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree at Rocky Mountain College in Billings after receiving his bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Carroll College.
During his physician assistant training, Nicholas completed clinical rotations throughout Montana, Wyoming and North Dakota.
