Jeffrey Dickson, DO received his medical degree from Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Ariz., and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Specializing in orthopaedic surgery, Dr. Dickson treats conditions including fractures, sports injuries and arthritis. He performs procedures including total knee replacement and hip replacement with the direct anterior approach, as well as both standard and reverse total shoulder replacement.
Kerry Hale, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon whose surgical specialties include hip and knee replacement surgery. Dr. Hale holds board certification through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. She is an Active Fellow member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). She has served on the Board for the Montana Orthopaedic Society since 2011, and Chair of the Department of Surgery at St. Peter’s Health.
Joshua Hudgens, MD is a fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in upper extremity care. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, and his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. He then completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Following residency he underwent advanced training, completing a shoulder and elbow surgery fellowship at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and was a visiting clinician at the Roth MacFarlane Hand and Upper Limb Center in London, Ontario, focusing on advanced elbow surgical techniques.

Sharla Dosier, NP-C earned her Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Montana State University, in Bozeman. She received her Bachelor of Science, Nursing Degree from Montana State University, in Bozeman where she was named to the Academic Presidents list and Academic Deans List.
Matthew Hoffman, DNP, FNP-C earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice at Montana State University in Bozeman, Mont. and his Bachelor of Arts in Nursing at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. Prior to arriving in Montana he trained and was a staff nurse at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, working in the department of orthopedics and in the liver/kidney-transplant ICU. While at Montana State University, Matthew was a two-time ANEW Rural Ready Nurse Practitioner Scholar, where he prepared for the unique challenges of practicing and providing care in rural, underserved communities. He is a board-certified member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a Certified Critical Care Nurse.
Trapper Hogberg, PA-C earned his Bachelor of Clinical Health Services and Physician Assistant degree from the
University of Washington School of Medicine. He currently focuses on general orthopaedics, upper extremity and ultrasound guided intraarticular injections.
Lena Phelps, PA-C earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of St. Francis in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Bachelor’s in psychology and biology at Carroll College in Helena. She is a member of the American Academy of Physicians Assistants and holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Orthopaedic Surgery.
Lacy Walters, PA earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho and her Bachelor of Art in History at the College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho. She is a member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the American Association of Physician Assistants.
