Earl Book, MD is a board-certified Family Practice physician with the American Board of Family Practice. He earned his Medical Degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed his residency training in family practice at Washington-St Tammany Medical Center.
Cathy Lay, MD earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C. She completed her Family Medicine residency and internship at the Medical University of South Carolina – Trident Hospital. She is board certified in Family Medicine.
Inna Bordewick, PA-C earned her Bachelors of Science Degree, Physician Assistant Studies Program from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion. Bordewick received her Doctorate of General Medicine, Pediatrics Residency from the Kalinin State Medical School in Tver, Russia.
Jacob Cail, PA-C earned his Master’s of Science in Clinical Health Services from the University of Washington. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tenn. Jacob was a Special Forces Medical Sergeant in the U.S. Army from 2008-2013.
Andrea Hedblom, PA-C earned her Master’s of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon in 2012. She has 6 years of Emergency Medicine experience and previously worked in the Emergency Department at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis MN and with Lewis and Clark Emergency Physicians.
Rachel Mattern, PA-C began practicing in 2004 after earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Mont. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chemistry from Carroll College in Helena.
Zach Deffinbaugh, DNP, FNP earned his Doctorate of Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Montana State University in Bozeman, Mont., and earned his Bachelor’s of Arts in Nursing from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn.
Charlene Lewis, FNP received her Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN), with a Family Nurse Practitioner Emphasis, from Montana State University in Bozeman. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Montana State University as well.
Brenna Scofield, DNP earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from Montana State University in Bozeman, MT, and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Nursing from Carroll College in Helena. She is board certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center.
