All the nutrition of sweet potatoes with the crispiness of fries. The difference is that these are low-calorie and full of nutrients. For an even healthier option, use purple sweet potatoes. I recommend garlic powder, but any spice of your choice will work.

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes (purple if available)
  • 2-3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • Salt substitute to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Wash sweet potatoes, then cut into wedges.
  3. Place the potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicon mat.
  4. Drizzle the apple cider vinegar over the potatoes, then sprinkle on the garlic powder. Mix all together to make sure all the potatoes are coated with the apple cider vinegar and spice.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Turn the tray after about 10 minutes.
