This vinaigrette lives up to its name. It's extremely simple to make and is a great, healthy and low-calorie alternative to commercial salad dressings such as ranch or blue cheese.
- ½ cup of Balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup of Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup of minced shallots (or substitute green onions or regular onions)
Combine all ingredients together in a container. Shake until mixed. That’s it! Good for seven days in the refrigerator.
