This is made of only two ingredients and is a great way to use your over-ripe bananas any time of the year.
- 2-3 ripe bananas (the riper the better)
- 2-3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
Freeze the pealed bananas for at least 25 minutes or overnight. Place the bananas and cocoa powder in a blender or food processor. Blend for about 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is creamy.
Serve as soft ice cream or freeze for a firmer variety.
The sky is the limit! Use strawberries, blueberries, almond butter or any other flavor you can imagine.
